Responsibilities:
Be a trusted expert and deliver exceptional patient experiences- Effectively communicate the value of our treatments and services as it relates to the individual patient/client
- Be knowledgeable about our offerings and comfortable talking about treatment costs
- Provide expert-level intervention through phone consults, follow-up calls, in-person interactions including consultations, evaluations, treatment sessions
- Create plan-of-care (POC) prescriptions tailored to patients’ specific goals/needs and be able to clearly communicate it to patients taking them through phases in a way that uniquely resonates with them.
- Identify when treatment plans need to be adjusted and tactfully communicate changes and expectations to patients.
- Actively seek out clinical and professional development opportunities
- Communicate with MDs as necessary
- Be available to respond to patient communications during treatment period in a timely manner
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members to achieve the best possible client care and experience.
- Effectively communicate P3 value to clients no matter where they are in their journey, thus promoting the completion treatment of care and happy clients
- Active and inactive patient follow up
- Willingness to participate in marketing campaigns and events, including obtaining testimonials from patients
- Complete all requirements of the California Board of Physical Therapy
- Complete annual/on-going training for and implement Patient privacy (HIPAA) and safety (OSHA) standards
- Complete all other required compliance training as defined by P3 management
- Graduate degree or higher in physical therapy from an accredited program (required)
- At least 1 year of orthopedic experience (preferred)
- Licensed to practice physical therapy in California (Required)
- Authorized to work in United States (Required)
